Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions made through Auditzy are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any of our products or services.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscribers have the right to cancel their subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing, and you will retain access to the subscribed services until the end of the current billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account on our app.
Navigate to Settings > Billing Info.
Click on the Manage Payment button.
You will be redirected to Stripe Billing Page for Cancellation Process.

Cancellations take effect immediately upon completion of the process. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles, but no prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current subscription.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

All our products and services are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is involved.
